Terms & conditions

1. General

These terms and conditions apply to every offer and order in the BOOSAH Energy webshop, operated by Boosah B.V. (Chamber of Commerce 94999279), Keizersgracht 241, 1016 EA Amsterdam, the Netherlands. By placing an order you accept these terms.

2. Prices & offers

All prices are shown in euros, including VAT. For drinks, the statutory can deposit is charged separately on top of the price. Offers are valid while stocks last. Obvious errors in prices or descriptions are not binding.

3. Ordering & payment

An order is placed once you complete checkout. Online payment (iDEAL, card or Bancontact) is coming soon; until then you receive payment instructions by email after ordering. Your order ships after payment is confirmed.

4. Delivery

We deliver across the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany within 1–2 business days. Delivery times are indicative; a delay gives no right to compensation.

5. Returns & right of withdrawal

You may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Only unopened trays in their original packaging can be returned. See the returns page for the procedure.

6. Responsible use

BOOSAH is an energy drink with a high caffeine content (32 mg/100 ml). Not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or people sensitive to caffeine. Consume in moderation.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order concerned. We are not liable for indirect damage or damage caused by incorrect use of the products.

8. Governing law & complaints

Dutch law applies to every agreement. Complaints? Email info@boosah.energy and we respond within two business days. Consumers may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform.
