What we collect

Account details (name, email, password), order and payment details, and anything you send us through the contact or reseller forms.

Why we use it

To process your orders and payments, manage your account, answer your questions, assess reseller applications and, where required, meet legal obligations such as tax record keeping.

Sharing

We only share data with parties needed to fulfil your order, such as our payment provider and delivery partners. We never sell personal data.

Retention

We keep your data no longer than necessary: order records follow the statutory tax retention period of seven years; contact messages are removed once resolved.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data, or withdraw consent, by emailing info@boosah.energy. You can also manage your details in your account.

Complaints

Not satisfied with how we handle your data? You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
